If I could have given them more stars I would have given them 20. Good old fashioned wonderful customer service. What an amazing family company. I called up on Saturday afternoon quite belatedly and distressed. I urgently needed to buy an Anti Static cleaning brush. I spoke with Peter who explained how the castor works. I needed to go some work out urgently on Sunday, so I needed to go this brush. Peter'southward business is in Swindon and I'g in Purley in Surrey. Now I was going to pay for the items and inquire Peter to leave them out for me somewhere and I would become and collect them later that evening. Before I could even say that to him Peter offered to come up and come across me upward the motorway. I could not believe what I was hearing. He did not even hesitate he only said it!! I was absolutely blown away. We don't get customer service similar that anymore. Peter met me up the superhighway and waited patiently asI got stuck in a car blow. When I met with Peter he besides gave me some gratis samples. Again I was blown away. The products I got from Peter certainly did the trick. Information technology was worth the drive as it saved me a whole heap of fourth dimension putting this picture together. All the other product samples he gave me were too brilliant. I would highly recommend doing business with this visitor. They are 20 Star!!

Splendid service. Peter cleaned the sensor on my DSLR and took the time to demonstrate and explain what he was doing and why. I went to him believing that sensor cleaning was a dark fine art, but left with a clean sensor and with the confidence that adjacent time I will know how to do this for myself. Visited cameraclean yesterday for a sensor clean on my Nikon DSLR . I was fabricated to feel completely at ease and welcome and not only did my camera go a good and very thorough make clean I was given lots of tips by Peter on how to set up and get more out of my camera by using the manual controls and ISO settings, every bit a novice with a DSLR I plant his communication very helpful and I will at present be experimenting with the camera controls and not but leave information technology on the Car manner as had been the case in the past. Peter came to visit me in Newbury fifty-fifty though based in Swindon every bit I was worried nigh my D500 sensor every bit on following his advice when he was visiting Newbury Photographic camera Gild doing a talk, i tested my camera and was horrified to find loads of night spots, checked with 2 unlike lenses and realised it was the sensor.
